Delivery Rules

DUYARE.COM is committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our delivery rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver products nationwide across Bangladesh.

  • Some remote areas may have limited delivery service. If delivery to your location is not possible, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives.


2. Delivery Methods

  • Deliveries are made through reputed local courier services.

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your address and contact information are accurate.


3. Delivery Time

  • Dhaka & Major Cities: Delivery within 2-4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Other Areas: Delivery within 3-7 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary during holidays, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather).


4. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation (for bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Bank Transfer) or after order confirmation (for Cash on Delivery).

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on holidays/weekends will be processed on the next business day.


5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on location and will be shown during checkout.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions—watch for updates!


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible orders and areas.

  • Please prepare the exact payment amount at the time of delivery.

  • Refusing to accept COD parcels without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if available).

  • You can track your order status using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.


8. Failed Deliveries

  • If the courier cannot reach you after two delivery attempts, the order may be returned to DUYARE.COM.

  • Please ensure your phone number is active and available for delivery coordination.

  • If returned due to non-delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


9. Inspection at Delivery

  • Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you find any issues (damage, missing items, etc.), inform the delivery person immediately and contact our support team.


10. Change of Delivery Address

  • To change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible if the order is already dispatched.
