1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item

Note: Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, undergarments, custom orders, or sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact us at support@duyare.com or call our support number with your order details and reason for return

  2. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions

Important:
Do not send products back without authorization. Unsolicited returns may not be processed.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will arrange a pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

  • If returning for other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method (bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Bank Transfer) within 7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided through your preferred mobile banking (bKash, Rocket, Nagad) or bank account. Cash refunds are not issued.


5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange (same item, different size or color), please mention this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Undergarments

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items on clearance or final sale


7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch/shipping. If your order has already shipped, you must follow the return process above.
